The Royal (Month-Of Wedding Coordination)
Be a guest at your wedding! Don't worry about whether or not the cake arrived or concern yourself with when to start the first dance. The Royal is for the couple who has achieved the monumental task of all the planning and wants to relax and not worry about the execution. Although you have already taken care of every detail, it is still reassuring to know you have a professional by your side to ensure a smooth running wedding day. Allowing you to relax and breathe with peace of mind, so you can enjoy one of the most important days of your life. Services for the Royal begin 6 weeks prior to the wedding date and includes:

• Up to six hours of in-person meetings beginning 6 weeks prior
• Unlimited advice and communication beginning at contract signing*
• Detailed master wedding day itinerary
• Detailed itinerary for wedding party members
• Ceremony and reception site "walkthrough" visits
• Attendance at final vendor planning meetings
• Confirmation of vendor services 30 and 5 days prior
• Wedding rehearsal direction
• Management of ceremony and reception activities
• Assistance with floor-plan design
• RSVP seating plan review
• Ceremony and reception program development assistance (does not include printing)
• Ceremony & reception site set-up
• "Light" decorating
